Antique Miniature Singer Childs Sewing Machine

A sound and robustly constructed miniature SINGER sewing machine. The cast and heavily enamelled body transfer branded.

Super condition without chips or rusting to the enamel. Therevis a little wear where I believe it may have been clamped to a solid surface. The polished metal areas are clean and crisp.

The mechanism works in a very satisfactory manner when the hand crank is turned. All elements seem present and correct. The only replacement is the spindle that supports the cotton reel. It has been replaced with a split pin a long time ago.

Makes absolutely no difference to the function of this heavy little machine. This is not a cheaply produced tin plate item, but a very robust and pleasing example. Small enough to display easily in any interior situation.
