Antique Singer Sewing Machine In Bentwood Case Without Key. This looks like the 1926 or 1927 model. There is a bobbin in the lower case.

The cord was wound around it, and the outer covering was fragile and some broke off as I took it off. I was hesitant to plug it in because of that. There is no key but I used a small screwdriver to open it. I've had a key like that before but I couldn't locate it. Otherwise it is a beautiful sewing machine!
