Rare - Hard to Find! Antique 1904 Singer Sewing Machine.
Serial Number J634097, manufactured in 1904. A strong, lightweight machine that sews a variety of material easily. It can handle heavy material; denim, canvas, leather, as well as medium and lightweight fabric such as silk and sheers. Ready to clean & sew!The machine itself is intact - no bits missing which is also unusual for a machine of this age. The wheel drives the needle assembly effectively when turned by hand.
It was moving 2 years ago after oiling & using Liquid Wrench. It's been in a box since then, but I have no doubt that with work & cleaning this machine will be moving smoothly.Antique Egyptian Golden Sphinx decals are worn, but replacement reproductions are available. Refer to photos for actual condition. Features a low shank and a vibrating or long shuttle hook.
Uses long bobbins and 15x1 needles. 1 PDF of Manuel for 127-128 also included. This machine is extremely similar. Size: approx 15" L, 11" H, and 7 W. It will be carefully packed.
