This miniature sewing machine was manufactured before 1930 and is a unique piece of sewing history. It was designed for young children to learn the art of sewing and comes from the renowned Singer brand. Notice the condition in the pictures. The item is vintage and shows wear consistent with the age. There is some rust on the machine.
I have not tried to clean it off or try to restore it because I didn't want to damage the integrity of the machine. The needle moves up and down freely when the wheel crank is turned. The pressure foot will raise and lower freely. If you have any other questions or need additional pictures please let me know and I will be happy to provide them.
