This Singer 66 "Red Eye" sewing machine from 1910 is a rare find for antique collectors. There is no specific way to tell when it was actually built, but based on the serial #, we know this run was authorized in October 1910. It comes with the Drawing Room Cabinet No. 22, making it a very rare and complete set for all your sewing needs.
The machine is in good working order and has been well-maintained over the years from what I can tell. It is a great addition to any collection or for use in a sewing room. The machine is an original and authentic antique piece, perfect for anyone who appreciates the art of sewing.
The cabinet does has a few signs of wear (see the pictures), mainly just the handles for some of the drawers have broken off. But everything still works that we can test, and you can still open all of the drawers regardless. The leather band for the sewing machine does look to have been replaced with an accurate authentic style band. I unfortunately do not use it or have a need for it, and would rather it go to someone that could appreciate it or even use it. We will not break this apart to sell the sewing machine or cabinet separately.
