THINK SINGER SEWING MACHINE AND CABINET 1884. Serial number is 6513912 with last patent number stamped on bobbin cover March 20 1882. It has the fiddle base, still nice classic black paint with carnation decorations all original. The machine is on a spring loaded assist platform which moves straight up and down. The machine treadle works fine, the machine is in smooth running condition just lubed and I will make some stitches with it. This machine model is the fore runner of the Singer model 15 same bobbin # 15 with beak bobbin case not the bullet. I have a lot of the original accessories. The cabinet is all mahogany with 5 drawers on the left side brass pulls stampeD SINGER MANUFACTURING CO and a cover door over over the treadle wood pitman arm. The finish on the cabinet is in very good condition with some veneer on the top chipped away The veneer is almost as thick as some of todays cabinets wall. The last 2 photos are of my antique Singer console style cabinet made in 1920 and Singer #15 machine in cabinet made in 1936 I have listed.
I will be listing my Singer Featherweight model 221 wood table soon. I will provide more photos.
