Singer 31-15 Industrial, Tailors Sewing machine with table! This old girl came to life on August 21st, 1929!
This was found in the estate sale for professional upholsterer. It was in use right up until he could no longer sew. It will certainly need some work or adjustment, but it does run and work! The motor turns on, runs smooth and sounds good. The clutch will engage and turn the sewing machine, but you need to give the hand wheel a nudge to get it moving.
I don't thing it runs full speed, so I suspect, it needs a good scrubbing of the gears and a proper oiling. This is set up with the knee lift to raise the presser foot with your leg. The light works as well.
Comes with the machine, the table, a few odds and ends in the draw, as found. Also, a great handmade cover for the machine. Please ask any questions you may have!
