Unrestored 1900 model Singer Hand Crank sewing machine P311524, Beautiful rich oak or mahogany base. This is an original untouched unrestored early model Singer sewing machine.
It is priced according it's condition; there is some normal wear (after 120 years) on the decals, a bit of dust but I was careful not to mess with the patina of this beautiful original machine, manufactured in Clydebank, Scotland in 1900. The serial number is P311524.
No cleaning or polishing of any sort has been done, left as found. This is the earliest example of this rare machine, none produced any before 1900. This case was optional in it's time. It runs and is in good working order this machine was used by my Grandmother- still 2 spools of thread on it when I brought it down from the attic! If desired, the machine can easily be restored to perfection but that is up to the new owner. Hope this wonderful piece of history can find a new home!
