Vintage 1911 Singer Sewing Machine #g9649947 Gorgeous
VINTAGE SINGER SEWING MACHINE - 1911. An original machine, by the Singer Manufacturing Company. An internet search for the serial number (#G9649947) suggests indicates it was produced in 1911. This is mother's old Singer sewing machine, inherited from her mother.
The parts all move like they are supposed to, though slowly. Could probably be restored to full operation by someone who knows these machines. I'd love to keep it, even though I don't sew, because it is so beautiful. But I've moved to a small apartment and simply don't have the space for it.
