The bobbin cover plate is missing. The timing looks good, the upper tension spring is good and the tension discs appears to be in good shape. The pedal is not broken but needs attention; the machine runs at high speed when plugged in. This should be an easy restoration project. This unit is in good overall condition with some minor scuffs/marks from previous use.
