Vintage Singer Sewing Machine 128K La Vencedora 1926 with original manual

  
Vintage Singer Sewing Machine - 128K - La Vencedora 1926. This sewing machine needs some work... The one plate on the bottom near the needle is loose. I can't get it to stay tight, but i may just not know how to make it tight....

I could not test the power.... The wiring needs replaced and one end is cut off. The machine is not completely locked up, but there is an issue....

When I turn the hand wheel, it only goes a little bit one way or the other.... It does not turn completely around. Check the photos closely for what is included. I do not know if it is missing anything. It does have the original manual and a couple extra needles.
